“Honesty, communication, and attention to detail are the things I appreciated the most from the team at Symphonic Builders. Brandon, David, and Collin are all genuinely good people that obviously care about what they do and who they do it for. Timelines, risks, and surprises were all communicated very well. And in addition to being visually pleasing, the final product has always been built the right way.”

“We were extremely pleased with the work provided by Symphonic Builders, and our neighbors took notice of the excellent work, as well, complimenting not only the aesthetics of the project but also the respectful manner of the work crew. The best word to describe the team at Symphonic Builders is professional. Every facet of the project was handled courteously and expeditiously. From working through building permits to handling unexpected wrinkles during construction, Symphonic Builders kept us apprised of all situations and were quick to address any problems.”

“We recently had Symphonic Builders renovate our kitchen, bathroom, and porch, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. What truly stood out to us was their meticulous attention to cleanliness. Cleanliness was very important to our family and they made sure to minimize the mess, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day.

The quality of their workmanship is exceptional. Our new kitchen is stunning, the bathrooms are parent and kid approved, and our porch is now the perfect place to relax and entertain. They listened carefully to our vision and brought it to life, exceeding our expectations in every way. By the end of the project we consider the team friends of our family and continue to stay in touch.

We are absolutely thrilled with our renovated spaces and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Symphonic Builders to anyone.”

“We met with Brandon and his team through a recommendation of our electrician. Initially, I asked if they could knock out a closet to expand our bathroom and put in a pocket door. But then I decided to run our full laundry list of ideas by them, and we ended up remodeling half the house. We knocked out a couple walls, a couple closets, added built-ins and new flooring throughout the ground floor. Brandon worked up options and estimates throughout and was very communicative the whole time. His team, headed by David and Collin, treated our home and pets with great respect; they arrived when they said they would and kept things as clean as possible, especially considering the demo days. We’ve since had the Symphonic Builders team out for a couple smaller projects and continue to consult them with other ideas. I’d absolutely recommend you talk to them – they do a wonderful job of making dreams reality.”

“We met Brandon in front of a house that his team was working on. We were impressed with the quality of the exterior work and asked if he was open to doing work on our house up the street. He immediately agreed to have a look at the house with a view to the work we had in mind. After a time, we met outside our house to discuss the work needed. Brandon was very thorough and thoughtful about what was needed, what was involved in doing the work, who would need to be involved and a rough timeline for completion. After a more thorough inspection, he provided a detailed and comprehensive estimate and was willing to adjust the timing of the different elements of the project to meet our schedule and budgetary conditions. We are still mid-project per our needs, but look forward to completion soon. Brandon provided us with a detailed and thorough estimate with a timeline. He also gave us numerous client references, all of which were very positive. The first phase of the work was completed flawlessly and within the budget agreed upon. Brandon and his team were very professional and thorough in performing the work, including execution and cleanup with minimal interruption to our daily lives.”

“We hired the Symphonic Builders team for the reconstruction of our front porch, walkway, and driveway. All phases of the construction process was completed with uncompromised quality. Their expertise and design proficiency proved invaluable, tying the historic elements of the home in with the new. They are trustworthy and great to work with. We would absolutely recommend Symphonic Builders to anyone renovating a home.”
