While we often do work in house, our role would more closely resemble the conductor of an orchestra. The musicians performing act as our specialty trade partners as we conduct the performance of your project.
This is where we (You and Symphonic Builders) plan and prepare in a proactive manner to build your projects scope of work, budget, schedule, etc. Every project is custom and this phase is where we will address the unique aspects of your job. You deserve a smooth construction process and this is the best way we achieve it.
Site Visit Consultation: Hire Symphonic Builders to consult in person about the proposed project on site. This is where you’ll walk us through your vision/design so that our expertise can help you understand constructability.
Pre Construction: Depending on client needs preconstruction may start with rough scope of work paired with approximate budget ranges. Otherwise preconstruction will begin with detailed drawings, a specific scope of work, budget, and schedule.
Construction: Equipped with the resources from preconstruction, labor can begin to carry out full scope of work. This is where your vision comes to life.
Post Project Review: Final walkthrough and delivery of your project. This is where we ensure your satisfaction and receive feedback.
